Return and Refund Policy

Not Satisfied with your order?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! For some reason, please contact us via email and our team will work with you to arrange a return.

To initiate a return, the request must be made within 5 days of you receiving the product. The product must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the product.

Under our return policy, we only accept items that are in like new condition and repackaged with the original packaging provided. Please note that shipping is not refundable, and customers will be responsible for additional charges related to the return, if applicable. 

Note: Items that are discounted and clearance items will be deemed final sale and will not be applicable to return or exchange.

Warranty

DecoAmi Interiors Ltd provides a 30 days limited warranty to the original purchaser that covers manufacturer defects. We will review warranty claims at our discretion, and transportation fees may apply. This limited warranty only covers manufacturer defects and does not include regular wear and tear or misuse-related damage.
