We're thrilled you've chosen us to help furnish your home! We offer several delivery options, which you can select at checkout:

Pick Up

If you're in Vancouver, BC, you can schedule a pickup from our showroom. If you select this option at checkout, we’ll contact you with pickup instructions.

Local Shipping

• Standard Delivery

In-stock orders are delivered within within a week. Once ready, we’ll schedule a delivery date with you. Custom and pre-order items will depend on availability. Additional charges may apply for missed appointments or last-minute rescheduling.

Includes delivery to the first entrance, garage, lobby, or front door. This does not include inside delivery, assembly, or packaging removal.

Flat rate of $159 for orders up to $5,000. For orders over $5,000, fees vary.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the item leaves our warehouse, including for damaged or defective shipments.

• White Glove Delivery

In-stock orders are processed within a week. Once ready, we’ll schedule a delivery date with you. Custom and pre-order items will depend on availability. Additional charges may apply for missed appointments or last-minute rescheduling.

Includes delivery inside your home (up to one flight of stairs), assembly, and removal of large packaging materials. If you’re considering a return, please request to keep the packaging.

Flat rate of $349 for orders up to $5,000. For orders over $5,000, fees vary.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the item leaves our warehouse, including for damaged or defective shipments.

Shipping Across Canada

We proudly ship nationwide across Canada through trusted national carriers. However, some remote areas may be unreachable. If we’re unable to ship to your location, we’ll issue a full refund for your order.

For shipping outside our local delivery area but within Canada, please contact us at contact@decoami.com for a custom shipping quote within one business day.

All items are shipped via third-party carriers. Before the carrier pickup, we inspect and photograph items to ensure quality and condition.

Please inspect your order upon delivery, regardless of the packaging's condition. Once the carrier releases the items to you, they will assume the products were received in good condition.
