Estimated Shipping and Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times are is found in the shipping policy. These are only estimates and are subject to product availability and any manufacturer's constraints. If an item you ordered is out of stock or backordered, we will contact you with a revised shipping date. You can then choose to keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. We will keep you updated on any issues that may arise.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us. Note that we do not refund original shipping charges. You can reach us at contact@decoami.com to initiate a return. The request must be made within 5 days of you receiving the product. The product must be returned within 30 days of you receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging; if the original packaging is unavailable, the customer must provide equivalent packaging.

• Non-returnable items: Items marked as Final Sale, Made to Order, or Special Orders are not eligible for return.
• Oversized Furniture Returns: Furniture and oversized items that travel via freight can be returned by contacting us. A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Product Variations

Since furniture items are made with natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects but natural characteristics. Additionally, colors displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order number or email confirmation does not confirm the acceptance of your order. DecoAmi reserves the right to limit quantities and refuse service to any customer. We may cancel any order at our discretion, including any errors in product availability or pricing.
